Buyer Deposits Funds into Escrow Trust
Buyer reserves equipment on our marketplace. The deposit is paid into MachPower's segregated escrow bank account. The seller is notified that funds are guaranteed and held safely in trust.
Tracked Logistics Dispatch & Machine Pickup
MachPower generates a confidential waybill. The seller packs the machine and it is picked up via our courier partner or verified regional transport across Tamil Nadu and South India.
48-Hour Real Job Site Inspection Window
Buyer receives the machine and has a full 48 hours to test motor performance, switches, bearings, and drilling under real work conditions (e.g. concrete drilling, thermal printing, welding).
Seller Payout Execution (Minus 7% Platform Fee)
Once the buyer approves the machine (or after 48 hours without dispute), MachPower deducts our transparent 7% platform facilitation fee and transfers the remaining 93% directly to the seller via IMPS/UPI within 2 hours.
Dispute Protection: 100% Full Buyer Refund
If the machine has a cracked housing, burnt motor, or does not match the listing, the buyer clicks "Report Defect" within 48 hours. MachPower arranges return courier and returns 100% of the deposit to the buyer!
